Design
With seven years of experience in website development, I have designed numerous landing pages and web pages. As a key member of website maintenance teams, I am proficient in HTML and CSS and collaborate closely with web developers. My consistent contributions to website design and upkeep have made me an invaluable asset to previous projects.
UX Study
Featuring the City of Vancouver case study and Purdy’s usability report, this section highlights research-driven design improvements. Both projects focus on enhancing user experience through accessibility, navigation, and responsive design, backed by usability testing and data-driven insights.
Warehouse Sale Landing Page
This landing page was developed for a recent warehouse sale.
I collaborated with a web developer to create this page, providing the visual design and guidance on the overall structure. Together, we were able to deliver a functional and visually appealing landing page in
a short timeframe.

BCLIQUOR Website redesign
The BCLIQUOR website was redesigned with a modern aesthetic and a fully responsive layout for seamless viewing across all devices. Thoughtfully selected typography enhances readability, while an optimized navigation bar improves accessibility. Product pages now feature filters, sorting options, and an auto-loading function for a smoother shopping experience. Additionally, a redesigned product detail layout with larger images enhances clarity and visual appeal.

Family Service | Caritas Hong Kong Website
Upon joining the team, I identified that the existing homepage did not align with the company's brand identity. The green color scheme and environmental focus diluted the emphasis on the organization's achievements. To rectify this, I redesigned the homepage while maintaining the original framework. I prioritized the company's services at the top of the page and created over 20 additional pages to enhance the organization's online presence.

City of Vancouver website Case Study
The City of Vancouver website is a vital resource for residents, businesses, and visitors. As part of my UX Strategy course at BCIT, this case study focuses on enhancing usability and accessibility. By identifying pain points,
I aim to create a user-friendly interface that better serves the city's diverse audience.

Purdys website Usability Report
This usability evaluation assessed the Purdys website’s effectiveness for key audiences, identifying barriers in tasks like selecting dietary-friendly gifts and personalizing orders. Testing with four participants revealed issues in navigation, filters, customization, and delivery details, leading to frustration and task abandonment. Proposed improvements focus on enhancing navigation, refining functionality, and aligning the online and retail experience to better serve users and uphold Purdys’ premium
brand identity.
